1. Sizing Issues
Be sure to use the sizing chart on the product's page before purchasing or contact us through email if you need help measuring your dog.

2. Defective, Damaged or Wrong Products (Refunds & Returns)
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue for you. Any merchandise that was clearly sent with any of the conditions above is fully refundable.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
- All return or exchange requests must be emailed to email@example.com within 7 days of order delivery.
- Please include your Order Number, Tracking Number, Item(s), and your Reason for the request in your email.
- If being returned for an Exchange, product(s) must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. The item(s) must be clean and free of dog hair and are subject to inspection.
- After communicating with our customer service team, a return address and further instructions will be provided on how to proceed depending on the circumstance.
- The customer is responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse
- Please provide us the tracking code of your package so our warehouse team can identify which package belongs to you.
- Please allow our team 1-3 business days to inspect and process your return or exchange once it arrives our warehouse.
- We recommend that you hang on to your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
Changing your mind?
We understand you may want to change or refund your order after your purchase. At PAW CLOUT, we won't hesitate to help you process any changes or refunds to your order within 12 hours of your order placement. Just shoot us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
***Unfortunately after this time frame of 12 hours we cannot make any changes, as we work around the clock in order to better serve our customers. This results in orders many times being processed after this time window and sent out for shipping, in which case it would be too late. Please make sure you look over the size and what you are ordering for your fur friend before purchasing =)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
